Huxley Associates is currently working with our client, a highly regarded, central belt based financial services organisation, to assist them in the recruitment of a Change Manager / Project Manager to join their team.

You will be taking the lead on major business transformation projects within the business. You need to be able to define the scope of change, the processes involved and manage the overall transformation. You will be responsible for the leading, managing & delivering projects assigned within the change portfolio. This includes the management of all resources assigned to their projects, which may include some who are not in the same location. You will take responsibility for risk, issues and scope management, budget, forecast & actual cost management, vendor / supplier management, project planning, dependency management, stakeholder management, and test & quality management.

This role is seen as a key part of the business, managing the change agenda required as they take on additional clients. Any experience of Fund Accounting would be beneficial.
