PROJECT MANAGER - BUSINESS, SALES PROCESSES, SYSTEMS, OPERATIONS

A leading well renowned organisation in Sweden is looking for a strong Project manager that ideally has Insurance experience to aid delivery of an exciting new project that will pioneer the industry.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

The project is an in-depth business analysis within the Business Unit Life of the sales organization, operation and sales processes, systems, conditions and products.

The aim is to ensure the next stages of implementation and deliveries under the strategic objectives.

The objective of Phase 1 is to the end an impact analysis by creating detailed solution proposal (business and IT) of offerings to end customers and thus the conditions for the forthcoming phase of implementation of the detailed requirements and development.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Project Management skills with the ability and experience to plan and manage the implementation of operational projects including work requirements.

Important to have a feeling for and understanding of the end customer's requirement that developed offers experienced attractive, understandable and have high marketability.

Important to be communicative and have experience dealing with senior decision makers and other key stakeholders for the mission.

Good knowledge and understanding of the life insurance market

We need someone who has experience and expertise in client meetings and deals, and below is a must requirement:

"Experience of project of offers to the customer, have a good feel for and understand the end customer's requirement that developed offers experienced attractive, understandable and have high marketability. "
