For our pharma client in Basel we are looking for a
Project Manager - Business Process
Start date: ASAP
End date: 22/12/17
Responsibility for design and execution of process improvement projects (cost, time schedule, quality, functionality) in global human capital procurement with focus to pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Optimized processes will be mapped into ERP systems (VMS).
Major Accountabilities:
Management of process improvement projects according to customer needs.
Minimisation of Total Cost of Ownership.
Management of internal and external stakeholders/peers.
Implementation of state of the art processes in external workforce management:
Ensuring sharing and leverage of best practices (6Sigma, LEAN, IQP) and expertise in the project. Knowledge of the employment market in EU.
Ability to map processes into ERP-systems (eg Fieldglass, WAND) in the light of Manged Service Provison (MSP/VMS).
Ability to understand and manage Stakeholder in IT and Business Process & Systems
Ideal Background:
Languages: German and English
Experience:
Project management experience on mid-sized process improvement projects with medium complexity (Responsibility for time schedule, costs, functionality and quality).
In-depth knowledge in standard Hiring-processes
Ability to understand complex processes (ability to design & execute process improvement projects with vague technical solutions and medium complexity, mainly on midsized projects).
OPTIONAL:
Leadership experience for the management of internal and external stakeholders.
Pharma experience will be helpful
