My client, a leading bank based in Londonurgently requires a Project Manager/Delivery Lead with Change experience to join on a 6 month rolling contract paying a day rate of £500-600 per day.

You will meet the following requirements:

Approx 3-5 years Project Manager/Business Lead experience within retail banking

Can identify an appropriate communication style and media to communicate in a way that suits the message and the needs of diverse stakeholders and audience

Ability to drive organisational change efficiently and effectively

Strong knowledge of various HR programmes

Experience in identifying and anticipating all aspects of change and outcomes barriers to ensure successful implementation; Ensure high performance is maintained whilst change is taking place

Can anticipate reactions and concerns of stakeholders and works with them to overcome these, also the needs of a diverse stakeholder base, including shareholders, colleagues, customers and regulatory bodies
