Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working closely with the business, technical teams and central change function to develop, build a deliver project plan
- Define business processes, select and implement business applications, ensure governance and regulatory compliance requirements are met
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, allocate resources and develop project plans and milestones
- Plan and co-ordinate project activities being delivered by internal and external resources
- Ensure that risks and issues are identified and resolved
- Provide timely and effective project communications
Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following attributes and experience:
- A track record of project delivery wihiin a major change programme, from within the financial services industry.
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Background in business analysis with hands on experience of leading process definition and re-engineering initiatives
- A recognised project management qualification eg Prince2, PMP, MSP
- Background in business analysis, ideally with ISEB or Six Sigma accreditations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate in a cross cultural environment
The role is based in City of London but involve travel to other offices in Great London and Germany.
