Project Manager/Business Analyst - Telecoms

My client in the Telecoms industry is looking for experienced Senior Technical Business Analysts and Porject Managers for a number of roles. Based in Dublin.

Responsibilties:

- Delivery of complete and accurate analyses, approved and signed off by relevant stakeholders
- Manage requirements through SOLUTION, TEST AND DELIVERY
- Communicate scope changes to the customer and MANAGE THE CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS
- Maintains and guides the evolution of platform functional architecture
- Collaborates with the business and technology to advise on optimum design for business requirements
- Fully understands business strategy and business processes
- Drives business capability assessments. Identifies gaps and proposes functional solutions
- Identifies needs for and drives the creation of business cases
- Have a good knowledge of key international technology and communications trends for individual market areas
- Ability to articulate Technology strategies and understand business strategies and the alignment of both
- Proactively suggest new ideas and methodologies to deliver customer requirements
- Ensure effective communication is employed to keep business, technology and key project stakeholders up to date
- Provide expertise in the areas of business/data analysis and drive business process change where necessary
- Drive quality through accurate process definition and data mapping
- Lead the design of business solutions to ensure maximum effectiveness of process integration across vertical applications
- The diagnosis and correction of complex solution issues
- The management of external parties through to ensure issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety

Technical Requirements

- Hands on capturing, development and implementation of Mobile and Voice Over IP (VOIP) requirements essential.
- Understanding of the business/market application of range of information and communications technologies
- Business Process modelling and Use Case analysis
- Knowledge Product Development and Technology Engagement Processes
- Excellent PowerPoint & Word & skills
- Excellent organisational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Excellent at creating strategies for alternative functional workarounds
- Excellent at working in high ambiguity situations and confidence in own ability to figure it out when the way is unclear
- Excellent at mapping complex business requirements into use cases and call flows.
- Excellent at business case creation
- Excellent business problem solver
