Project Manager / Business Analyst (Regio Gent)

Je functie: Context of the vacancy:

The order follow up platform is fed with information coming from the Material Delivery Interface application integrating the material and logistical information from the mills.
The quality of the information is considered to be unreliable/incomplete for certain scopes.

Job description:

To remediate the MDI quality info, a project is to be put in place
- To capture the gaps in data reliability.
- To elaborate a SPOC (single point of contact) network in the mills (business and IT)
- To define actions based on the gaps analysis and follow up implementation at mills side
- To propose and implement the KPI's to measure the data reliability
- To elaborate a process for continuous data reliability improvement

Je profiel: Profile:

In order to manage this project, we are looking for an experienced project manager/business analyst with following profile.
- Knowledge of logistical process
- Analytical mindset, pragmatic and well organized
- Excellent communicator in English, Dutch and preferably French
- Knowledge of SAP SD processes is an added value
- Geographic mobility within Europe might be requested
