IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Act as overall IT project manager and business consultant in an pharmaceutical/performance materials/life sciences environment
-Collection and detailed documentation of business user requirements of the R&D process to manage the portfolio of capex projects, get good understanding of currently implemented functionalities, evaluate delta needs for new user groups/processes
-Continue roll-out of Accolade solution/suggest mixed systems for new process
-Compilation of a strong business case (cost-benefit analysis) to be presented to senior management
-Creation of a roll-out plan for implementation (cost estimations, timelines, resource requirements)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Fluent English and German language skills
-Profound experience with R&D innovation management and R&D project & portfolio management
-Excellent experience with Accolade (Sopheon solution), business case creation and business process design
-Experience in the chemicals R&D industry
