PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Madison Ave New York, NY.

The Big Picture:
- Our global Management Consulting client requires a Project Manager/Business Analyst to be responsible for delivering one or more infrastructure projects, both internal and client facing, to HP S6 Communication Platform standards
- Provides full operational support to end clients and stake holders; transaction processing needs by ensuring all aspects of the trade life cycle are managed end to end efficiently, within market timeframes and accurately in a controlled environment to minimize risk.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Key Accountabilities (Statements of 'deliverables' required. Measures (Need to provide details of the key performance indicators used to measure the effectiveness of delivery against each key accountability.
- The ideal candidate should be accountable for project specific delivery to the project sponsor/program manager. Manage the project's specific deliverables to the time, cost and quality requirements using standard project management methodologies, where relevant ensuring achievement of the overall business case and benefits and to manage expectations and satisfaction of the project's sponsor and key stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers/third parties in order to ensure delivery to Communication Platform targets and to plan, estimate and schedule resource requirements at a project level. Direct and motivate project's team members to deliver specified tasks to Communication Platform standards.
- Manage project's risks, issues and dependencies, proposing corrective actions as necessary and implement effective change control. To provide timely and effective reporting to project's sponsor and key stakeholders and creation and maintenance of detailed work plans for project implementation and transition to client production service.
- A degree of uncertainty, conflicting and interdependent project objectives and multiple stakeholders and interested parties. Management and co-ordination of a small number of external suppliers/3rd parties

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Generally known and proven technology and moderately complex project organization and delivery structure with over-lapping independent phases, deliverables and involving multiple work streams
- Professional accreditation in project management.
- AT LEAST THREE TO FIVE (3-5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A TECHNICAL AND/OR PROJECT ENVIRONMENT. Proven IT experience in an IT projects environment including a customer and commercial focus. Experience of project life cycles, project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Experience in managing technical infrastructure projects with a proven track record of successful delivery, working with Technical Team Leaders, Technical Resources, Client Project Manager and key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers

Key Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Controls Role
- EMEA Securities Processing Controls responsible for adherence and enhancement of the groups controls
- Vendor Management responsible for the oversight and maintenance of relationships and service levels received from third parties, including but not restricted to Brokers, Custodians and industry leading Vendors
