Project Manager/Business Analyst - Compliance Control Framework, Regulatory Change, Investment Banking.

Global Investment Bank require an exceptional PM/BA to define strategic controls required under the CCF in the USA, in order to ensure compliance with its key regulatory requirements.

You will:

- Facilitate the completion of global analysis in relation to the gaps in Trade and Positions Reporting and Participation and Behaviors in Trading Markets
- Liaise with Front Office, Compliance and Technology to define requirements
- Lead working groups and workshops with project stakeholders (including EMEA and APAC colleagues where appropriate)
- Document current state controls and identify gaps where non compliant
- Establish project plan and annual budget ask at the end of Q1 2013
- Develop business requirements
- Manage testing and implementation activities (including training of new controls)

The role is based in New York, but has a global impact and responsibility. You will need to understand and have worked on projects/programmes of work related to the trade life cycle ie you should be able to sit in front of heads of trading and the COO function to advise on the delivery of change. It is likely you will have 10+ years of change delivery experience and you will have been working in the Investment Banking sector in the last few years.

It is likely that you will have:

- A Consultancy background
- Regulatory project experience
- Set up projects from scratch with minimal information - pulled together stakeholders, mapped out plans of attack, worked alone but perhaps have Matrix managed people
- An excellent Project Management tool set, but also can manage programmes and happy to do analysis work as required
- Good broad product knowledge and Front Office face-off experience
