Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SDLC documentation planning, requirements, testing, etc.
Assist with meeting minutes and notes
Project Management of various projects and activities
Engage clients and draw feedback on business needs, process improvements, technologies used, etc.
Global Formulation and Recipe Solution
Working with various vendors, document current as-is business processes and systems through client interviews, workshops and existing data
Assist with facilitating meetings to determine business needs and strategic direction
Develop SDLC documents as needed to build out the formulations project for 2015+ including business case and detailed requirements
Assist with analysis and documentation of various vendor solutions for formulations, identifying pros and cons, including any in-house solutions
Assist with determining project costs and resource requirements for future deployment of the solution. SKILLS:

Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops
Observational skills, to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitation
Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to customers, marketing, managers, and technical staff
Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering)
Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language, including using modeling languages already established in the development organization
Able to work in a quickly evolving project environment and the ability to manage ambiguity as projects ramp up

KNOWLEDGE:
Must have a background in formulations management or product lifecycle management.
Standard MS Office suite knowledge is a MUST.
Understanding of the full project lifecycle
Demonstrated experience of working with a variety of users at all levels within the organization
Pharmaceutical/consumer goods experience preferred
Facilitation skills/Presentation skills
Business process methodology
Experience in unstructured data and knowledge management projects
Experience in mapping processes, applications and information
Process improvement experience
An understanding of contemporary requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice
An understanding of how to practice requirements engineering using a formal methodology in a team environment
Familiarity with company SDLC process a plus
