PROJECT MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH (bilingual)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Project management skills with knowledge and experience with project management techniques and tools:
- PMI, PRINCE2, PM2, TEMPO
- IT Service Management frameworks:
- ITIL, COBIT
- Knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure and Virtualisation tools:
- Linux, Solaris, VMware, storage, databases, networking and related technologies
- Systems Management tools and concepts
- Monitoring, Backup
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager is an asset
- Middleware tools:
- Oracle Fusion, CCN, user authentication
- CCN high level architecture and its components
- Proven and extensive experience in coordinating operational activities in a complex IT environment (comparable to the CCN Network)
- Communication and relationship management skills
- Presentation and document preparation skills

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Ensure the recurring service is delivered according to expectations as expressed in the services contract
- Ensure the new services or services evolutions are delivered in time and quality
