PROJECT MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record of delivering regulatory projects
- Good knowledge of the fund industry
- Deep knowledge of Investment funds industry
- Regulatory change expertise
- Mifid II knowledge is an asset

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Support the implementation of the broad regulatory program
- Deliver projects within time, scope and budget
- Draft projects scope, plan and business requirements
- Monitor progress, escalate risks and issues as well as mitigate action plans
- Coordinate working group meetings with business teams, IT and vendors, setting the agenda, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes and ensuring clear ownership of action items
- Plan and oversee the execution of testing across all lines of business
- Lead steering committees to supply a clear, formal, communication with the stakeholders:
- Achieve regular progress reports, steerings
- Ensure change management within the teams through the set-up of handbooks, organization of trainings, SLA
