PROJECT MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Secondary school (12 years education) diploma/certificate of completion
- Obtained ITIL v.3 Foundation certification, at the latest, 3 months after the start date
- Deep and applied knowledge of PM methodologies
- Good understanding of business requirements, service management and technology evolution
- Certifications required:
- ITIL V3 Foundation
- PMP or higher
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or higher
- PM² certification is optional

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Rigorously apply Project Management principles
- Estimate the workload, define planning, divide tasks and project deliverables for all projects under responsibility as accurately and realistically as possible
- Ensures deliverables' quality and respect deadlines
- Identify and mitigate project's risks
- Monitor costs, timescales and resources used
- Take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
- Prepare all project management deliverables as required
- Report on project evolution
- Guarantee methodology compliance and respect of project management standards.
- Organize chairs and/or participates in working groups and meetings
- Provide effective leadership for the project team, ensuring that team members are motivated
- Make optimal use of available resources
- Produce all necessary project documentation, from initiation to closure
