Belgium - Finance (Management Accounting Report)
The Reporting tool PRIME has been created to provide an accurate view of the costs and revenues of clients and their products. The results are used
for evaluating the profitability of clients of a specific agency, and by business line account managers. Performance monitoring tables also form
the basis for communication and for control of commercial networks.
More particularly, the MOA Team (Maîtrise d'ouvrage - Project PRIME) is responsible for the analysis of internal client needs on reporting within
Finance and Business communities. The business needs are translated by the MOA in technical needs and reviewed with the IT. Finally, the MOA is
responsible for the deployment of a new portal PRIME in the different domestic markets (France, Belgium, Italy…).

Function Description
The goal is to lead strategic positioning of the project at Management Control to ensure the use of the Reporting Tool PRIME within
Finance. Participate to the analyse, translate business requirements into detailed business specifications, validate technical specifications and help
with the testing.
Organisation, collaboration and follow-up of the project with the final user of the tool and the Management Control Retail and Corporate of our company.
Ensure change management.
The project officer will:
? Communicate during Boards at the Management and BNL.
? Ensure the follow up and the communication of the Risk/issues with his management and IT.
? Follow up the project roadmap and the budget
? Communicate to the user (meetings, information sessions, presentations, support, …)
? Work with the users on change management
? Collect and analyze the user requirements
? Deliver specific functional analysis and validate technical specifications
? Follow-up the implementation together with the IT team
? Do functional testing and integration tests of the solutions
? Hand over to the user (including documentation, training and support)

Education
Bachelor/Master Economics, Business, Ingenieur commercial/gestion

Certification Not mandatory : Prince2 is a plus

Project management in banking sector on reporting tool (Use/Knowledge of BI (cognos/IBM or BO) tools is a plus ( but not mandatory)
