Project Manager - Brand Roll Out

Project Manager for a global brand project. The project will involve rolling out a brand standard globally so any experience with that for other organisations would be a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
(1) Work with programme manager to develop and "own" project plan for Project Neptune that will achieve the goals and objectives of the project
(2) Work with workstream leads and programme manager to define specific deliverables to achieve the objectives, and to identify resources required
(3) Monitor delivery to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and to the right level of quality; work collaboratively with workstream leads proactively to identify and problem-solve issues that would prevent delivery; communicate/escalate these to programme manager as necessary
(4) Maintain an up-to-date risk register for the project identifying, quantifying and prioritising risks and developing mitigation plans
(5) Manage the project's 'plan-do-review' cycle, action logs etc
(6) Work with communications workstream lead to deliver appropriate internal communications in particular with project team and steering group; including writing up and communicating minutes workstream definition and resource assessment; defining an appropriate RACI; work planning and scheduling; managing/influencing workstream leads to deliver; implementing ways of working to support a high-performing team culture including team communications; managing project team meetings; keeping accurate records of decisions made, actions etc.; risk management; budget management
(3) Has a good understanding of the emotional and political aspects of project management and project dynamics in addition is able to influence colleagues both within and outside the project team to ensure delivery.

Certifications Desired/Required:
Prince2, PMP or equivalent
