Project Manager (Braine)

Je functie: Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work with the assigned business sponsor to ensure that the project scope is finalized prior to the commencement of a project.
- Collaborates with the Program Manager to provide regular reports to IT Portfolio Manager in agreed format including budget and financial reporting.
- Able to create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete a project.
- Ensures the project timelines, deliverables and budget are clearly defined in line with Program Manager input, and monitors progress against objectives.
- Produce reports which highlight progress against output projections, key issues and deviations from agreed plans representing.
- All reports and minutes from Team Meetings are properly signed off and stored in the project management database.
- Responsible for escalation of any key issues on the project to the Program Manager, proposes solutions, and actively helps resolution.
- At least Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive solution approach attitude.
- Manage the execution of the project according to the project plan.
- Communicating effectively with project staff and stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices.
- Financial acumen.
- Demonstrated experience in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.
- Control assigned projects, including weekly status meetings, and monitoring of project spending.
- Communicate status via a weekly status report.
- Mature interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
