System Dynamics has an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to joing their client based project team on a billing project in a Dublin city centre location.
THE CANDIDATE MUST OF SET UP AND RUN A MODEL OFFICE.
Our Client is in the middle of a major transformation of work on the Billing to Commercial/Non-Domestic Customers and to Domestic Customers.
We are at the stage where we will be commencing Trial Billing.
The Project Manager in conjunction with the Client Representatives is required to perform the following activities:
- Overall planning, management and coordination of all Trial Billing activities
- Co-ordinating the resolution of any issues that cannot be resolved by the Test team;
- Liaising with other Clients Programme work streams;
- Providing quality assurance for the test preparation and test execution activities to ensure continued alignment to required system functionality;
- Escalating issues when necessary to the Client's Project Management team;
- Monitoring and reporting progress to the Client's Project Management team; and
- Ensuring that all tasks are performed both to quality and timescale
The skills required are therefore:
1. Experience of Billing Systems
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. Pro-active in identifying risks, issues and dependencies on the overall Programme
4. Ability to co-ordinate multiple teams
