Project Manager/BI/HR Reporting/Data Warehouse/IT/HR
My client, a world-class organisation, is currently looking for a qualified project manager to get involved in a large HR program. This program is initiated to introduce new tools, new methods, customized processes, and policy frameworks for Human Resources within the company.
As a HR Reporting Project Manager your responsibilities will include:-
- Set up an integrated dashboard with specific HR KPI's to support the strategic plan;
- Adjust the legal entity model and the responsibility fields and introduce new concepts;
- Simplify the current reporting environment;
- Create governance model regarding new requests and adjustment of reports and KPI's.
To be considered for this HR Reporting Project Manager you must have:-
- At least 6 years of experience as a project manager;
- Background as BI analyst is required;
- Experience with Data Warehouses and Reporting in an HR Reporting;
- Experience with PeopleSoft is highly advantageous;
- Affinity with bridging the gap between business and IT;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, communication skills in French are highly advantageous.
