Set up and roll-out of productivity and capacity management principles and tools inside the department Client Servicing and Support.
Integrated Reporting and Studies (IRS) is part of Business Intelligence and Management Information (BIMI) ) within the E2E Engineering & Change
organization.
The mission of IRS is :
Definition(prototyping), creation and analysis of recurrent indicators and dashboard with the management and for the management to evaluate the performance,
the quality and the risk (operational) of the E2E Operations organization and the E2E process. In this context a new KPI to measure productivity and capacity has to
be developed for the operational department (Client Servicing and Support).

Function Description
We expect the external resource to lead the project to define and set-up with the management, the Proof Of Concept of the Productivity management. It concerns 6
Domains of the Operational Department (2 Daily Banking, 2 Invest, 2 Lending).
The activities will consist of (non-exhaustive) :
Analysis regarding existing capacity management in each Department.
Define a unique principle of productivity/capacity management for the 6 departments.
Capture elements needed from Operational team (Unit time, Fix Time, Manual volumes) + introduction tooling if needed.
Define for the 6 departments the missing elements in the management Dashboard BIRD.
Define the specification to allow the BI Competence Center to capture missing volumes.
Integration in the Management Reporting.

Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Languages Requirement
French either French or Dutch fluently
Dutch either French or Dutch fluently
English written communication

Experience
Medium or senior experience in both project management and BI (Capacity management)

Technical Experience
Mandatory
BI techniques and tools (BO, SAS, Cognos,…) and concepts (ETL, DWHSE, data & process mining, reporting, …)

Preferable
Certification or affinity with one or more of the following: Prince, PMI, BPMN, UML

Business Experience
Mandatory
Professional experience as Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager.
