Project Manager BI and e2e Landscape Integrator

We are currently searching for a PROJECT MANAGER BI AND E2E LANDCAPE INTEGRATOR to work in Switzerland for 12 months contract plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Complete understanding of ISIT architecture including complex and high-availability designs in the area of BI, cRM and eCommerce
- Strong IS/IT and project management leadership skills. Proven track record in delivering complex programs/projects internationally E2E. Lead Matrix organization and business projects multi-disciplinary teams, demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations. Proven recent expertise in integration with 3rd party services (payment, Warehouse Mgt, Fulfillment) as well as SAP Back End.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
- Networking skills across organizations, influencing and negotiating skills, communication (work in matrixial organizations with business owners and stakeholders, end users, system owners, IT specialists as well as suppliers), decision making, analytical, organization and planning.

YOUR MISSION:

VALIDATE THE SCOPE AND FINALIZE THE DETAILED REQUIREMENTS

- Complete and validate the identified functional requirements
- Analyze the business processes to ensure that all existing processes and the missing ones are identified
- Examples of processes: Order capture, order management...
- Verify that the process details are adequate to describe the functional and technical requirements
- Identify common and specific requirements between all similar Businesses
- List the specific requirements for other E-commerce websites

IDENTIFY REQUIRED DATA IN THE CONSUMER SERVICES SOLUTION AND DATA SOURCES

- Identify the mandatory data to manage consumer contacts
- Define the data framework for the CS solution
- Provide a high level data mock-up

BUILD AN INTEGRATION SCENARIOS

- Identify the most common ways to integrate the CS Solution with the 3rd party applications
- Estimate the integration costs, issues and opportunities for each scenario
- Design the integration with the eCommerce platform
- Select the best scenario to integrate CS Solution and eCommerce

DRIVE THE EXECUTION OF THIS DESIGN AND INTEGRATION MODEL

- Set-up and manage a RFP for selecting the necessary Partner(s)
- Coordinate the selection process

IMPLEMENT THE SOLUTION IN THE MARKETS

- Plan the Implementation, select optimal model

PROVIDE REGULAR STATUS REPORTS OF ONGOING PROJECTS TO THE PROGRAM MANAGER
