TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must have's:

Certified PMI or Prince II

Scrum

Experience in RFP procedures, managing 3rd parties

Strong technical background: must have a strong IT knowledge and experience to challenge technical people. PM technically skilled, able to closely collaborate with technically skilled people

Strong knowledge of WebServices and SOA

In house Java development projects
Nice to have's

Knowledge of HR applications (PeopleSoft)

Liferay
-
Security: Authentication broker
Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language;
Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory (both written & spoken).
