THE COMPANY
ConSol Partners' client is an international financial institution that is looking for a Project Manager to be based at their office in Belgium. The Project Manager will define and guide the scope of future releases, be responsible for the delivery of the releases, and give functional guidance to a team of +/- 5 analysts/developers.
THE INDIVIDUAL
Functional skills
- You will give functional guidance to a team of .net/angular developers and analysts
- You will be responsible for the planning and realisation of future releases of the K(nowledge) D(ata) B(ase) Project
- You will determine and guard the scope of the project
- You will challenge business for the future releases of the KDB project
- You will lead and coach developers, and actively participate in architectural decisions
- You will work closely together with other members of the team, and share ideas creatively within a technical environment
- You will coordinate and plan other recurrent and ad-hoc web-development projects within the webdev team
Technical skills
- Strong technical skills as you will lead a team in a technical area
- Experience with Angular.js
- General knowledge web API, MVC, .net
- Experience with web (responsive) development - hybrid - on mobile devices
- Experience with software architecture is a plus
- Banking experience is imperative.
Interpersonal skills
- Has strong communication skills and is a team player
- Is able to adapt communication to both non-technical an technical target groups
- Is proactive and driven to achieve results
- Is not afraid of new environments and challenge
- Can understand Dutch and French and is able to communicate in English
