Project Manager - Banking/Finance Industry - CBD

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Manage production releases
- Scoping and planning for future phases
- Change management
- Detailed implementation planning
- Detailed implementation execution
- Financial industry delivery experience
- Manage assigned staff to enable effective project delivery, monitoring and maintaining project team coherence whilst holding individuals accountable

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Project Financial management anticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communications
- 3 - 5 years project management experience - [PLUS approximately: 8+ years of other relevant skill or Industry experience. eg as a BA, PA or Business SME, Business Manager]
- Domain Knowledge required preferably from a Banking Background including business change experience.
- Experience with system integration projects is preferable
- Demonstrated leadership ability, commitment and contribution to building the team, ability to balance project and personal needs
