I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to take responsibility for delivering the Target Operating Model (TOM) Project Workstream on a exciting regulatory programme.
You must have experience in leading Target Operating Model design and implementation projects that have a bank wide impact and, ideally, are regulatory driven.
Due to a specific work stream it is essential you have a clear understanding of enterprise process analysis with an understanding and practical experience of BPMN 2.0 as it will help your application
Key Requirements
Strong Banking experience as a Project Manager
Extensive experience in change management
Previously designed and implemented Target Operating Models
Good Regulatory background
