My client is looking for a Project Manager with experience of Banking and the setting up of Call Centres/Help Desks or Online sales Flows. The candidate will manage & deliver project within Strategic Mortgage Programme.

Roles and Responsibilities

- E2E responsible for the project coordination (support from a IT Project Leader)
- Manage the project within scope, time and budget
- Coordination of the project resources and project planning
- Coordination between the different entities on the project: Bank and external party.
- Weekly reporting to the Program Manager and monthly project Steering
- Manage risk & issues, and escalate to Program Manager
- Follow up on project dependencies

Capabilities:

- Has expert knowledge of project management (project governance & project team management, project planning): Prince 2 methodology (5 years plus exp). Clarity (3 years plus) reporting tool.
- Experience in setting up Call Centres/Help Desks or Online Sales Flows
- Previous experience with Lending is an asset
