PROJECT MANAGER (B24/TANDEM) DUBLIN, 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Are you an experienced IT Project/Delivery Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have good knowledge of Base 24 and Tandem?
Vantage Resources are seeking an experienced PM/IT Delivery Manager for a large Financial Services client based in Dublin City Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering and managing the project through all phases including analysis, planning, execution and closure.
Ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on time
Managing and leading both technical and non-technical resources.
Planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on the work of project teams to deliver the outputs to the agreed timescale, quality and cost criteria.
Reviewing processes and tools.
Implementing process improvements.
As far as possible oversee the QA plans of internal & external teams ensuring all stages of testing are complete.
Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
10 - 15 years IT, with 5 years as a pm managing development and migration projects
Good knowledge of card transaction technologies including ATM.
Good knowledge of payments systems architectures.
Base 24 and Tandem experience, managing upgrades
A proven track record of working on complex projects
Mid-range application and server upgrade experience understanding the elements such as high availability etc.
Proven responsibility in all phases of project delivery.
Experience of working in the Financial Services sector.
Proven experience in problem solving and ability to do so under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal and team leading skills.
