Project Manager- Arrow Diagramming Method

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER- ARROW DIAGRAMMING METHOD

DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS

LOCATION: EINDHOVEN, NETHERLANDS

SKILLS & DESCRIPTION:

- Conceptual awareness of core project  management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER) 
- Able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance from line/practice manager
- Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality
- Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis
- Will be able to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts
- Project Management ADM, should be capable of handling end-to-end delivery of a fixed price development or migration project which meets the defined scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.  
- Ability to validate/review estimates
- Knowledge of project contract/SOW
- Implement different life cycle models
- Knowledge of Org. processes around project startup and staffing
- Understanding of business problem/opportunity that project addresses
- Adherence to SOW and SLA's adhering project execution
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project
- Ability to define and implement training plan for team members 
- Leads project status meetings
