My client are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract based in West Sussex.

My client is commencing a programme of work to migrate their PSS related systems and processes to a new solution that provides a customer offering that is not only comparable to other market leading solutions, but offers them huge opportunity for innovation and service improvement with a partner of shared values. This programme is one of several new exciting initiatives underway within the organisation focusing on investing in customer experience and provides an opportunity to get involved in an exciting phase of our airlines future strategy. This is a large scale project and is no ordinary PSS migration. A change in this area is a considerable undertaking for any airline and in this case will result in significant change in technology/architecture.

We are looking for self-motivated, driven and pro-active project managers to lead key workstreams within the programme that will commence its initial delivery phase in January 2015 and run through to the end of 2016. The holder of this specific role Project Manager - DCM/Airports will define and oversee the delivery approach for this critical airports operations area, understanding and supporting the delivery of required operational and process change for PSS cutover and work closely with their business owner and sponsor to ensure business readiness.

The successful candidate will come from the airline/travel industry and have an understanding of PSS migrations.
