PROJECT MANAGER (AGILE) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- You have built a solid project management experience of 5 to 10 years.
- As a project manager, you have the necessary knowledge about project management (classic project management, Agile project management).
- From your knowledge and experience you can contribute to the further development of the methodology.
- Experience with Prince 2 and Salesforce is an asset.
- You like to work in a hands-on culture, where feedback is given in an open way.
- You have a healthy dose of persuasion; in discussions you know how to convince with well-founded argumentation.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Determine the scope of the project, together with the project stakeholders.
- Identifying the needs, risks, resources, project team, timing, ... and drawing up a project plan.
- Coordinating the functional and technical analysis by IT developers, the business, external suppliers.
- Follow-up of project realisation with the various parties, in order to ensure that all noses are in the same direction; coaching and motivating the project teams.
- Identify and organise the business testing on the delivered applications, and adjust according to the agreed specifications.
- Coordinate the project's live going and guide the users through an inline communication plan.
- Change management throughout the process through clear communication, thorough coaching, and provide the necessary training so that the change in the organisation is successful.
