Project Manager - 871 (m) Onboarding/Client Eligibility (3872)

For a project of our client, an international banking company, we are looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER - 871(M) ONBOARDING/CLIENT ELIGIBILITY (3872).

In this position, you will join a global service delivery oriented organization that operates as a center of expertise and is responsible for the delivery of the change portfolio. The organization is actively managing, in close collaboration with other units, the entire project delivery life cycle from pre-inception phase to ultimate project/program execution. The overall aim will be to consistently deliver high quality, effective and highly competitive change management services to its business partners across the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate business analysis and implementation activities in the area of onboarding and client eligibility
- Plan activities for implementation of onboarding solution within business divisions
- Manage Business Analyst activities (Targed operation model definition, business analysis, implementation and testing)
- Be responsible for RAIDs management, resourcing and planning
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 5 years of experience in project management (incl. planning, RAIDs management, etc.)
- Knowledge on* OTC/ETD derivatives processing* (trade confirmation, settlement) as well as derivative products (eg swaps, equity linked derivatives)
- Understanding of tools required for process analysis and definition (eg 'swim lanes')
- Structured way of problem solving and solution definition
- Fluent in English
