The role:
* Responsible for the day-to-day planning and delivery of the project.
* Manage team in order to ensure delivery of projects within time and budget.
* Work in partnership with appropriate management, clinical staff and others to ensure support and engagement for their project
* Introduce best practice and innovative service design practices
* Analyse data and information to support decision-making and prioritisation of workload.
* Provide positive leadership to become a 'champion' of change inSt George's, encouraging a change of culture in an organisation, which has recently had to deal with financial turnaround.
* Manage all project risks and issues effectively.
