National Contract Administration is a function responsible for standardizing and improving the processes that produce the many important benefit and coverage documents we send to our members and employers. This function is responsible for ensuring compliance with the multiple benefit and coverage documents required by the Federal and State Agencies.

A key focus of this area is supporting contractual changes required to support the Affordable Care Act (ACA). There are multiple provisions that require filing or updates to our filing across lines of business and across regions. There is a need to ensure all dependencies are tracked, milestones managed and stakeholders engages to enable us to submit the appropriate filing that reflects the organization's direction for each provision for both Off and On Exchange Filings.

This role will:

Serve as Project Manager pulling together different work stream updates from the team and consolidating this in a management dashboard.

Make operational and process improvement recommendations related to Contract Workstream for Health Care Reform for presentation to mid-level to Executive-level audience

Manage and communicate contract work and filing schedules across multiple stakeholders and regional partners.

Identify risk areas and escalate operational issues as they develop to avoid delays and maintain compliance with our Contract Filing.
