IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Identify and clarify to key stakeholders the success drivers in adoption of "agile-like" project management when used in a safety critical and highly regulated environment
-Assess the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the existing "agile-like" processes and development approaches and elaborate recommendations and content for their optimisation
-Review existing guidance for "agile-like" approaches inside the customer Project Management handbook and create further improvement of this guidance content, including updates as necessary to business processes
-Manage and fulfil internal stakeholder expectations, with the defined project constraints
-Draft organisational change management (OCM) and implementations plans to institutionalise the required improvements to the existing process framework

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-In-depth experience with implementation of "agile-like" methods, accompanying the business transformation with both successes and failures
-Profound experience as a project manager, with specific experience effectively leading large scale projects/programmes using both classical waterfall approaches as well as "agile-like" approaches, including significant change impact and multiple dependencies within and across organisational boundaries
-Hands-on experience working as an Agile Consultant, Agile PO or Scrum Master within technology delivery teams
-Expertise in project, portfolio and program management standards such as Prince2 Agile™ and Agile content of PMBOK® v6, or equivalent
-In-depth knowledge of working with and improving an organization and defining their "agile-like" methods in a safety critical, highly regulated environment, including creation of documented guidance and business processes
-Be capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines and invest high attention to detail, while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of project/engagement
