Project Manager 50% with profound Business and IT knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 6+ years' experience as a Project Manager in Business and IT with proven leadership and organisational change management skills
- Profound knowledge of IT Standards and Architecture, Financial Management, Business Process Analysis and Design as well as GxP requirements
- Proficiency in TIS and ISRM with Datacenter knowhow, such as Change Process for DC access
- Ability to navigate in a complex organization while dealing with ambiguity along with good negotiation and supplier management skills
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing in global, regional and cross-functional multi-year programs/projects
- Establishing the project plan and initiating project mobilisation by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, responsibilities project governance, managing risks and issues
- Monitoring and control executing project though Analyse, Design, Build, Test and Release
- Directing outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project
- Ensuring overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services as well as Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope
- Providing reports including overall performance and project completion documentation
