PROJECT MANAGER/4 MONTHS/BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

Project Manager (French and Dutch speaking) urgently required for one of my clients for an initial contract of 4 months to be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Job Description

In collaboration with the IT Project Management Team and the various owners of IT services:

- You determine the needed equipment/resources for the realization of the project and you are responsible for administrative tasks related to the project.
- You are responsible for the planning of the project-related tasks and monitor the process in collaboration with the people responsible for the technical implementation.
- You ensure communication with the customer in accordance with the SLM for all aspects of the project.
- You monitor the risks during the project and offer the necessary arrangements if needed.
- You report regularly on the progress of the project (Advanced/blocking factors/risks/financial status/scope changes).
- At the end of the project you ensure that the operational teams are able to perform the tasks, new or amended and that relevant documentation is present/available.

Required skills

- Minimum 5 year experience in a similar function
- Developed expertise in Prince 2 as a whole and in the Project Management
- Expertise developed in ITIL Service implementation projects, preferably in the context of the implementation of an ITSM tool is a VERY IMPORTANT prerequisite
- Practical experience in the implementation of:
- Service Level Agreements
- Formalization of services in operational products and services
- Managing the Service Catalog
- Management outsourcing contracts, particularly for maintenance
- Designing technical documentation (infrastructure or software)
- Proven experience with the tool "Assyst" Axios is a plus for the mission (used software to replace the current tool - USD CA)
