PROJECT MANAGER- R&D

Our Swiss based client requires an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background in the Pharmaceutical industry with a particular focus around Research & Development.

This will be based in Basel for 12 months. Our client can have someone start from Mid-November, but they can also wait until December for the right consultant

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Manage Program on behalf of Client. Manage CTS, Client and Third party resource.
-12+ years' experience in Project management with expertise in running Agile projects and life cycle.
- Experience functioning as Scrum Master and with Agile tools including JIRA.
- Pharma experience specifically in R&D will be needed
- Ability to work independently on large projects, to function in a matrixed organization and to moderate workshops with ~25 participants to produce outcomes
- Proficient in budget and status tracking
- Stakeholder management and business collaboration across work streams and geographies
- Good project management experience in reporting, tracking and tools
- Good understanding of pre-clinical & clinical business knowledge (Pharma)
