PROJECT MANAGER

For the managing of various information management (IM) related projects we seek an experienced project manager with a strong IT infrastructure background to be based in Arnhem for an initial 3 month contract

Key projects ready to be picked up, is the upgrade of office 365 (Pro) and Windows 10 and other software and network related upgrades.

Key responsibilities

* Bring projects from feasibility (stage) to closure, within agreed time, budget and scope
* Day-to-day project coordination, this includes (but not limited): monitor and report project progress, (pro-active) prepare and trigger escalations in conjunction with stakeholders, identify and monitor project dependencies and facilitate -sufficient- project communication
* Effective change- and Stakeholder management (approach)
* Allocation and the on-/off boarding of project resources
* Identify, solve project issues

Key deliverables:

* Up to date project plan and business case
* Up-to-date project risk- and issue list and project schedule
* Delivery of mandatory project stage gate documents
* Successful closure of projects, incl. hand-over to the standing organization/service delivery

(Key) requirements:

* Min. Bachelor degree
* 7+ years project management experience with a strong background in IM/ICT
* Experience with Windows 10, office 365 and application upgrade projects
* Experienced in managing international (project) teams (remotely) and 3rd party providers
* Experience in working in complex and international organizations
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Is persistent, goal oriented and has detailed knowledge of the subjects
* Can work effectively under pressure and able to work with changing timelines
* Fluent in English
* Project management certifications (eg PRINCE2)
