Project Manager

Project Manager with profound planning skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Domain knowledge in running medium to large scale projects coupled with extensive experience in project management processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of analyst methodologies, best practices and outstanding analytical skills
- Competent handling of business process development best practices and change management
- Strong skill set in MS Project, Visio and MS Office Tools
- Expertise in systems for sharing and collaboration in addition to good communication skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Planning, directing and coordinating the migration of the informatics infrastructure of an operating unit from one division to another
- Directing one complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements
- Taking responsibility for resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle such as feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning
- Interacting with management on a regular basis and coordinating the activities of project team
- Working in a cross-functional team and ensuring all project requirements and objectives are documented
