Project Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Certificate as Scrum Master or equivalent
- Experience in the area of new, digital technologies and operational excellence to support business transformation and process optimization and as a Project Manager in both IT and Quality, ideally includes Business Process Management solutions
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, excellent conceptual problem solving skills and the ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems
- Understanding impact of work on compliance with GxP regulations and quality requirements
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Acting as a Project Manager and Scrum Master to support the program leads
- Liaising between the business function and DevIT
- Relieving the team to design fit-for-purpose enterprise Business Process Management (eBPM) approaches
- Integrating GxP requirements, processes, people & training as well as IT systems
