JOB ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER - SAP
JOB LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Core experience in
COLLABORATION WITH BUSINESS TEAM, CUSTOMER IT TEAM AND WORKING WITH IT DEVELOPMENT TEAM SPECIALLY IN ON/OFFSHORE MODEL
EXPERIENCE IN LEADING THE CUSTOMER DISCUSSION FOR BLUEPRINTING/GUIDING TEAM FOR SOLUTIONS
SAP EXPERIENCE SPECIALLY ON PROCESS PERSPECTIVE -IDEALLY IN ONE OR MORE MODULES SPECIALLY LOGISTICS/SALES OR FINANCE AS MOST OF THE PROJECT WILL FALL IN THESE AREAS
CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT (AGILE IS PREFERRED THAN PRINCE2 OR PMP)/DEVOPS
FOLLOWING ARE THE KEY REQUIREMENT:
5+ years of Project Management experience in SAP or enterprise project management which can be in following
o Rollout
o Implementation
Capable in handling the project delivery for multiple project (SAP/non SAP)
Capable in handling the multi culture and multi-location team including with experience on onsite/offshore model
Experience in building the proposal including the Plan, estimation, Risk etc.
Responsible for all project communication; training and change management activities on several projects of the domain
Responsible for documentation of new or existing processes as per the requirement
Propose enhancements/best practices on the existing systems, bringing suggestion, new ideas and improvements to the business
Ensure to follow IT processes and methodologies
Responsible to Ensure that the business confidence on the project and IT team is improved/maintained
Certification and through understanding on one of the project management framework - PMP and Prince2
Applies Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework knowledge
Should be able to drive the discussion with Business, IT team for resolution/closure
Responsible for project governance as per requirement including the risks, timely mitigation, escalation management etc.
should be willing to travel short term within EU Zone/India
