Job Description

A real estate organization is urgently seeking a project manager to join their team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT MANAGER

- Managing complex (inter-departmental) projects.
- Project management and control of project with professional and/or (supporting) project staff.
- Represent on operational and/or tactical level, networking and maintaining contacts.
- Receiving and processing mission Cluster Surveys (Engagement Letter, budget, inspection plan and components list).
- Making Plan based on PID and instruction.
- For Calculation (VOCA) Preparation with indication for implementation.
- Balancing Business Administration vwb Preparation (including capacity/hour Preparing Corporate

Accounting vwb Performance.

- Assembly project (sponsor, acquirer, adv Inspection, Engineering, Consultant Engineering).
- If necessary, organize consultation with regional Project and technical staff.
- Preparing agreement for transfer to regional Project including organizing start discussion.
- Monitoring the performance of the contract.
- Evaluate the contract (form) and provide input.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT MANAGER

- HBO + or university working and thinking level.
- Completed training in the direction of mechanical engineering.
- Minimum five years' experience in project management.
- Demonstrated experience in the following aspects:

o Projects related to property management of large office buildings with a minimum size of 100.00m2.
o Projects where the focus was on daily maintenance and service contracts of the objects. - Several years of relevant experience in the role of proven successful projects.
- Experience in managing project organizations/processes and a project team and proven success in this.
- Experience in procurement, contract management and process management.
- Experience in all project phases.
- Good/excellent command of the Dutch language.
