Project Manager

For one of our extant projects focusing on the implementation of the PRIIPs requirements in the financial sector, we are looking for a project manager to join our team.

Considering the extended impacts of multiple regulations such as PRIIPs and MiFID II on business strategy, IT systems and numerous processes, an additional Project Manager is required to support our client at group level.

At that stage of the project, impact analysis on the business, detailed business requirements and IT developments are ongoing and have different levels of progress considering the deadline and level of certainty of the regulation.

DELIVERABLES

- Lead the project stream, ensure initial scope is adhered to and support workstream sponsors in the coordination of their workstreams in relation to PRIIPs and MiFID II ( analysis, elaboration of deliverables and ensurance of their quality provided by the business analyst, organization of meetings, etc.)
- Follow-up of budget and planning, follow the process and report to established governance
- Identify and escalat risks and issues as and when they arise and ensure timely delivery of actions of deliverables

YOUR BACKGROUND

- Good knowledge of PRIIPs and MiFID II regulation, predominantly of PRIIPs regulation) as well as of Banking and Asset Management processes as well as their systems supporting financial market processes
- Good understanding of financial instruments, commercial processes and the systems supporting these commercial processes, such as client reporting, pricing, costs & charges, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for improving processes as well as commercial awareness and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
