I am currently looking for a Project manager for a long term contract based in Brussels.
The Project will aim to extend online servicing and digitalisation of document for customers.
THE PROJECT MANAGER WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
* Online customer on boarding. Find a solution to allow customers to complete and sign documents digitally
* Secure processes. Customer friendly experience
On the other hand the project will also realize internal process optimization in the following ways:
- Reduce administrative workload for the Front Office and Middle/Back Office
- Limit rework by improving the quality of completed documents
- Improve follow-up of document completion through Real Time statistics and automated reminders Scope includes all initiatives to improve our online platform for corporate customers
