Project Manager wanted for our Client in Basel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Qualification in project management along with 7+ years of solid working experience as a project manager preferably within a pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in driving global application technology renewal initiatives, including Windows 10 application, Windows 2003 and DB
- Profound technical background along with excellent knowledge of analyst methodologies and best practices
- Strong communication skills beside excellent understanding of project management processes & procedures and change management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Assuring the arrangement of the program effort to the technology strategies and contributing overall leadership and management for the project effort
- Analyzing and planning the project, including developing and achieving agreement for the project plans as well as making sure that the key deliverables are produced on time, within budget and agreed quality requirements
- Supporting the team in training and briefing project members for the employment of new approaches and techniques
- Ensuring that the program head, sponsor, and steering committee are fully informed of progress, risks to meeting program objectives, and project issues
- Evaluating/approving project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule along with creating commitment and agreement on the project plan and its implementation with application portfolio managers
- Planning, supervising and coordinating the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit
- Designing and sustaining systems and procedures for operating efficiency as well as supporting the team with resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle
