We are pleased to present this opportunity to you on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for you. AS a Project Manager you will be involved in a major project of the company and have good exposure in the business.
FOCUS OF THE JOB
A seasoned Project Manager with Pharma experience, who understand territory alignment processes and who can help our Program in deploying a Territory Alignment solution across the 25 countries of EUCan, as well as act as SME for those countries that are live.
SPEZIFIKATION FOR THE POSITION

Subject Matter Expert for all CRM Territory Alignment modules
-
Act as Project Manager for TA deployments across EUCan
-
Supports all of Company's 25 EUCan countries and clusters in performing their realignments using technology called OpServ (Cognizant Proprietary technology)

Manages our CRM Territory Alignment tools
-
Participates in Architecture reviews
-
Participates actively in enhancing our solution landscape
-
Decides what can be supported by the central team and what needs support from the external vendor

Engages directly and regularly with our vendor to review open topics pertaining the CRM Territory Alignment Solution

Performs Business Analysis with the Local Operating Countries to capture their unmet requirements
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCES AND SKILLS
-
Proven Pharmaceutical experience and involvement in a country's sales force alignments and realignments
-
Experience defining dimensions that a Pharma realignment requires (Territories, TAs, Products, etc.)
-
Strong technical understanding of CRM systems and Commercial IT architecture, including knowledge of systems and technologies typically used by the pharmaceutical industry in the Commercial space
-
Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Veeva platform strongly preferred
-
Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes and data in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate Commercial business needs into different scenarios for technical implementation

Understands how IT efforts are tied to achievement of business goals
