Projektbeschreibung
We are urgently recruiting for French and English speaking Project manager to join our client located in Brussels. This is a six (6) months contract, with possible extension.
Our client is in the private sector, and is based in Feluy, which is about 26 miles outside Brussels.
Although the oral communication language for the governance of the contract will usually French, English language will be used more commonly.
The tasks:
1. Projects and development of the Information System:
- Ensure the adequacy of the information system between business strategy and DSI strategy;
- Ensure coherence and evolution of this information system (development opportunities) to ensure the sustainability of the applications;
- Build and maintain the IT map of the areas concerned;
- Inform the customer of the new proposed or recommended solutions (proactive technology watch, internal and external benchmarking, seeking synergies);
- Receive and analyze the needs, expectations and claims of its customers;
- Advise and guide the client to give a quick response and modular.
2. Assistance in the preparation and implementation of projects in compliance with the commitments, in particular budget.
3. Preparation and where appropriate, participation in committees and governance bodies:
- Prepare and where possible and appropriate, participate in the Steering Committees and Activity IS Management Committee (MC Profession IS) areas of the perimeter;
- Participate in crisis units for SI and coordinate the actions of players in the trade;
- Prepare CODIR projects and at their request, to the appropriate decision-making bodies (RC ISMC, CDRC) and where possible and appropriate, given the status - external- of the speaker, participate in these bodies;
- Establish communication and proper reporting vis-à-vis Crafts.
4. Special assistance in the management of projects.
5. Implementation or participation in upstream opportunities to study the launch of projects.
6. Ensuring quality of service on existing systems:
- Serving business, support the implementation of the ISD provision and ensure that it is of adequate quality;
- Propose ISD services in a process of continuous improvement and cost reduction;
- Define and follow a plan of actions in the case of a degradation of service;
- Monitor the results of customer satisfaction surveys and develop an action plan accordingly.
