Project Manager

We are urgently recruiting for (2) Dutch speaking Project Managers to join our client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a six (6) months contract, with possible extension. Our client is in the private sector.

Role description:
1. Project management and manage everyday risks by anticipating and planning activities.
2. Formalize the project plan.
3. Organize, prepare and conduct the committees and governing bodies of each MERIDIAN deployment project (for example) on each site (COMOP and COPIL) with implementation of communication and adequate reporting (Report, Flash report).
4. Being able to capture the functional EDM technology and solution (especially MERIDIAN).
5. Respect and apply project management methodology RC branch.
6. Monitoring and maintenance of the customer relationship:
- Collection and analysis of requirements, functional support, followed by the level of service, customer expectations and complaints, communication users
- Assistance with project management user project manager and core businesses: advise and guide the client to give a quick response and modular

7. Assistance in change management:
- Participate actively in editorial procedures and various guides
- Provide training on tools deployed

Key contacts:
Within the Information Systems Directorate:
- The RIA (IT Manager of Application)
- The head of the Technical EDM solutions migration program
- The Regional Coordinators for industrial sites.

Within the industrial site:
- The cell Document Management Site.
- The site IT staff.

The core business within the Industrial Department will be introducing the rules of good management.

Planning and Budget:
- Preparation and implementation of projects in compliance with the commitments, in particular budget, linked to the performance and quality of deliverables
- Being the guarantor of monitoring the planning/deadlines of
- Know prioritize between projects and tasks in between projects in coordination with other project leaders: Manage and coordinate available resources (internal resources/External/suppliers), making tradeoffs

Strategic coherence:
- Ensure the adequacy of the information system between business strategy and DSI strategy;
- Ensure consistency and evolution of this information system (development opportunities) to ensure the sustainability of the application.

Application Recipes:
- Full, support and control the drafting of specifications & test scenarios recipe
- Organization, management and support of application revenue phases: after receiving the application versions by suppliers, testing organization by DSI teams and then organizing recipes trade.
- Assistance with the business recipe.

Preparation and implementation of the Go Live:
- design and formalization of the Go Live plan in detail
- Securing and anticipation of hard points

Close monitoring of migration rehearsals before the start, being on the sites if requested by the Client.

Tight steering and involvement in the implementation of production, starting with presence on site, more weeks if necessary.
