The work will begin 2016 but the client would like to have someone on site in December.
The ideal candidate must have experience in new build construction within the residential sector.
REQUIREMENTS:
- strong knowledge of new build construction
- 5+ years as site or project manager on similar projects
- Ability to communicate and liaise well with clients
- Strong leadership skills
- SMSTS and health and safety certificates
- Full clean driving license
- Well referenced
The right candidate must have a proven track record of success and be up for a new challenge.
The rate is daily and negotiable based on experience.
