Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager for a 12 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a senior-level Project Manager with 5+ years of experience on projects, preferably in the Pharma industry. The project manager will report to the Program Lead and will coordinate activities with other Project Managers as needed.
You are responsible for
. Managing, planning, controlling and reporting of a Submission Document Management System release in terms of timelines, issues, and risks
. Creating and maintaining a detailed project plan for the assigned release, tracking progress against the plan and reporting accomplishments, risks and delays
. assigning and controlling the project release activity tasks to members of the project organization
. Managing their Submission Document Management System Release Team by chairing team meetings and performing issue, risk, and problem management
. Acting as the first escalation point within their Submission Document Management System Release Team and is responsible for escalation to the responsible team
. Knowing generally about other project roles and is therefore capable to point or direct others to the right resources
Requirements
. Previous experience working with global project teams
. Experienced in the use of MS Project and MS SharePoint
. PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification
. The PM does not need to have worked in the IT industry but they should already have years experience with IT projects.
